Inspired by the stylistic traditions of the Arts and Crafts, Art Nouveau and Art Deco movements, our master designer
employs similar production techniques to those of Louis Comfort Tiffany.

These lamps have been showcased in such publications as Architectural Digest, Southern Accents, and Elle Decor, and
they can be found in some of the most distinctive homes and offices around the country. To construct the lamp shades,
hand-selected, copper-foiled shells from Polynesia, Madagascar, the West Indies and Indonesia, are assembled and
hand-finished by skilled artisans. And each lamp base has an antique bronze patina finish.

Because no two seashells are exactly alike, each lamp should be considered unique and a representation of the
designer's artistry. Accordingly, every lamp is signed and numbered with a certificate of authenticity. We are confident that
these lamps will not only greatly enhance the beauty and uniqueness of your home, but will also become family heirlooms
that future generations will enjoy with equal enthusiasm.

SALES TERMS:

All orders are custom made and will ship 3 to 6 weeks after ordered. Holidays sometimes slow down the
production line, but the wait is worth it!

7.75% sales tax is additional for items shipping to California addresses. Sorry, no getting around Uncle Sam;
resale permits not accepted.

The cost of shipping is determined after the order is placed, and the item is packaged and weighed. You will see
two charges on your credit card: (1) for the merchandise (and sales tax, if applicable) and (2) a shipping charge.
You are charged only what the carrier charges us. No silly “handling” or “packaging” fees.

We ship to street addresses only and use FedExpressGround. Your order should ship 2 to 4 weeks after your
order is placed. We will e-mail a confirmation so you know the order was received & e-mail again to confirm the
shipping date and tracking number.

We can ship these items to anywhere in the United States and territories. Sorry, no International shipping at this
time.

All sales final. All packages are insured, so if the item is damaged enroute, kindly notify us within 2 days of
receiving the package. We will initiate a claim and FedExpress Ground will return to your site and pick up the
damaged goods, including the box and shipping material. We will order a replacement and notify you when it is
ready to ship.
